1. Who we are
Intrascribe (an Intracrux product) is a trading name of Calder Insights Limited, registered in England & Wales (company no. 13447722). We build AI-powered clinical document drafting software. This policy covers data collected through this website only — it does not cover data processed within the Intrascribe application.
2. What data we collect
Interest registration form — when you register interest, we collect your name, email address, and optionally telephone number, organisation name, and a free-text notes field.
Demo booking (Calendly) — if you book a demo, Calendly collects your name, email, and calendar availability. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to that data.
Session cookies — we use a single functional session cookie to keep the site working. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
3. How we use your data
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and to contact you about Intrascribe. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it for automated decision-making.
4. Legal basis (UK GDPR)
We process your data under Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests. Our legitimate interest is responding to enquiries from healthcare professionals about our product. You can object to this processing at any time.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for up to 2 years from the date of submission, or until you request deletion, whichever is sooner.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any right, contact our DPO at dpo@intracrux.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
